I had a very old filling redone here (in between the teeth). After it was redone it caused me pain and discomfort for several months after. I went back for two revisions (one with the original dentist and one with another). All they did was continue to drill my teeth down further and further. My teeth were both deformed after and the contact betweeen made it almost impossible to floss. The pain continued to worsen to a point where I couldn’t even brush them. Everytime I expressed concerns about these issues they would shrug and say there was nothing they could do. I had to go to another dentists office and pay over $700 out of pocket to fix both teeth because of this. Insurance did not cover it because it was “fixed” a year ago. I wanted to wait to write this review until I had it fixed to ensure the issue was the dental work. Now that it is fixed I can 100% guarantee it was terrible dental work. I have several fillings as I am extremely prone to cavities, and I have NEVER had such an experience. It’s safe to say I will not be returning, and if you need a filling I recommend you go somewhere else.

There have also been times where I was called several times (7 times) very early in the morning even though I could not pick up. I work night shifts and they wanted to move my appointment up so that they could leave early that day. It was just very inconsiderate, when they could have left a voice mail after the first or second call. They also continued to text me after I said to stop calling me. When I finally agreed to move the appointment up they said “someone took that slot.” My appointment was at the end of the day, and they definitely rushed me out. My cleaning was done quickly and my teeth did not feel as if they were cleaned thoroughly.

It’s just been one bad experience here after another. I will admit some of the staff are very kind and helpful. They do their job well and are very personable. However, these few people do not make up for my horrible time at this office.

I have never been to a better dental practice and will never leave. All of the staff are friendly and helpful with kudos to Jill who is always available for me! They recognize that my time is just as important as theirs and never leave me waiting! Dr. Allan is absolutely the best with a great bedside manner so to speak. He is gentle, thoughtful and kind, always concerned about how I feel! He is incredibly talented as you will see by the photos!! He fixed my horrible teeth which gave me a confidence I’ve never known!! My teeth are beautiful and my smile is sparkling!! I recommend Upper Bluffs Dental extremely high!!

I Gerald Dixon have the best experience of a life time,when thing couldn’t get any worse I need denture and they were so warm ,welcoming and friendly. Chris Dimopoulos the denturerest had my surgery done and teeth in no time.Excellent work at the CLIFFCREST DENTURE CLINIC .I WOULD PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN THE FUTURE. BLESS YOU GUYS.
