I couldn’t say enough about how great the whole staff is. Thank you to Hannah and Dr. Chow for helping my boys out. This isn’t an exaggeration: Belleville Sleep Dentistry is the kindest, most caring and most helpful dental office I’ve ever visited in my nearly 40 years. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and supportive receptionist. They even offered (without being asked) to put us on a cancellation list if the patient is feeling pain, which he was. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us in a timeframe that I think was more than reasonable. The clinical team is so patient and they take the necessary time to explain everything and address your concerns. We had to use the Healthy Smiles program to help with the cost, and they supported us through that entire process. The entire experience was wonderful. My only regret is that I can only give one five-star review.
The staff at sleep dentistry are amazing. My daughter had to have two cavities filled and refused to use the gas mask at previous dentist.
Today we had her appointment with Dr Chow. All I can say is amazing! The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.
The nurses updated me every step of the way and they let my daughter wake up on her own which made the whole experience less traumatic.
A dentist in Kingston was first suggested to us for my 3 year old’s cavities. I didn’t want to go that far, so our Dentist referred us here. They were fantastic! Dr.Chow and his nurses were clear and told us what was happening every step of the way. The receptionist was wonderful and friendly. I am grateful we have this quality of office locally.
