Update 2: im glad to report to you that within 24hrs of my husbands missed appointment we both tested positive for covid. Its beginning of April now and we are just started to get better. You are welcome we didnt put you, your staff and patients into the same covid boat.

Update: are you saying that your time is more valuable than ours? Cuz due to late notice from you, my husband lost a 10 hour shift and pay. Not even mentioning he previously quit a job to attend an apt with Dr b due to the same threat to be dropped as a patient.
I listened to the call, the lady just went ahead and rebooked without even asking if postponing for a week would be ok.

Clearly u don’t think u did anything wrong and that’s ok. We will agree to disagree.

Dr B actually requested for my sick husband to come to his appointment. I still can’t believe it. While I understand the annoyance with appointment being cancelled at a last minute and dr losing money I find it to be an extreme practice to advise patient that if they don’t come in you will no longer see them as patient. That said, his original appt was cancelled by your office last-minute causing my husband to lose a day of work and get nothing done. Reception’s reply when asked why we were not advised earlier was, oh I forgot. Understandable, as the main front desk lady seems to be an older lady. However, if u expect your clients to value your time, shouldn’t you give them the same treatment?
Fruther more, when my husband called a week prior sicker than a dog, why would u rebook him within 7 days? I believe better practice would have been to perhaps ask him to call you back to rebook once he is well.
Which bring us to last Thursday…I still can’t believe after speaking to me on the phone, you must have heard my voice declining as we spoke, you still requested for my husband to come in. I’m sorry, but my mind is blown, especially after what the world went through in the last 3 years.

That said, I’m sadden by this outcome as we enjoyed the office and dr B.

I have been a patient for years and though I now live 800 kms away continue to be a patient. I once crashed my bike and broke 4 front teeth including a canine to the gum line and Dr. Becker performed a miracle. 2 years have passed and only a dentist could tell repairs have been made. Another time I needed a crown and rather than the usual mould, temp filling and return visit after a lab makes the crown, he took pictures and made it with a machine in his office. The entire procedure was an hour and 15 minutes. I have complete confidence in Dr Becker and all the staff at Dove Dental.

Dove Dental is just amazing. This guys should have 7 stars.

If anything this guys are modest about their work.

My previous experience for one dental crown at a place in Vancouver, highly recommended and rated, 3 visits and they still did not get it right. Terrible job.
