This review should have been written a year ago to express my wonderful experience at Lilium Dental Center. I got to know Lilium dental in an emergency situation where none of the other clinics accepted me in a timely manner. Dr. Karimi is an amazing doctor. She is experienced, detailed oriented, friendly, professional, and emphatic. In cases that a patient needs to make a decision between two different approaches, Dr. Karimi makes appropriate referrals to other specialists and allows her patients to make informed decisions based on my experience.
I’ve been to many dental clinics since age 4 due to my complicated teeth condition and Lilium Dental is one of the best. I love my dental crowns !

When we moved to North York, we chose this place by Google search and since then we have been so happy with them that we didn’t change our dentist even though we moved so far from North York. The receptionist is really nice with a really positive energy. Dr. Negar herself is a true professional, combining expert knowledge with a gentle touch. She takes the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I am comfortable and informed throughout my treatment. Her attention to detail and patient care is really impressive.

This is my second year of receiving dental treatment and regular cleaning at Ilium. I have never considered switching to another dental office, even though some nearby offices offer deals for students.

One of the main reasons is its convenient location. Moreover, the staff, from dentists to receptionists, are not only professional but also welcoming and friendly. Lastly, the communication between the staff and clients is always clear and precise.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs dental care.
