It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I visited Dr. McCullough to inquire about a dental implant. He was not comfortable doing the procedure due to my personal medical issues. No problem, I appreciated his research and due diligence. Dr. McCullough decided to implant a post and crown the tooth. I agreed. His work cannot be flawed. Hower, the work was started before I had received a estimate from my insurance but was told it would be at least 80% covered. Unfortunately, it was not. My bill was $1,600 which my insurance only covered $399.00. I inquired to the office and was told he would get back to me. He did not
I inquired again and was told tough luck, at least you are happy with the outcome. $1,200 is a lot of money and I NEVER would have agreed to such a huge out of pocket expenses. Very very dishearted and greatly disappointed. Office staff kind enough but again this does not make any of this okay.

Been a patient for 41 years till May 25/23. I am on ODSP and anyone on assistance is looked down upon at this office. My filling came out and was replaced with a screw in my tooth that I did not give permission for. It fell out again recently. They fined me 100 dollars for my son and I missing our appointments. My son has mental health issues so does myself and I have a hard time keeping our appointments. One day we failed to come in and they fine me on a fixed income single mother. So now they have lost 2 lifelong customers and hence changed this review to one star. They are all about the dollar signs and have zero bedside manner. It never use to be like this but I guess times have changed. I have referred several people to this practice over the years but not anymore. Highly recommended you seek another dentist/hygienists. I don’t usually complain but people need to know buyer beware!
Two years ago I had a crown put in by a different dentist in Fonthill. It came loose so I came to see Dr McCullough and he shared with me that the other place did not put in posts to help keep is secure. In about 30 min Dr McCullough put in two new posts and refastened the crown back in place. It is hard to explain, but I can feel that this crown is solid now. Much more solid than it was before.
The office staff were so pleasant to work with too. I found a new home for my family.
