Reviews:
We are new to the area and looking for a new family dental office so we decided to try Aquarius Dental as it had great reviews and was highly recommended in the local Facebook group. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have the same experience as others. First, our extended benefits were double billed and it has been two months of my husband continually following up and trying to get this rectified to no avail. Second, we went to the clinic on separate days for our initial appointments so we both saw different Dentists and Hygienists and had similar lackluster experiences. For myself, the Hygienist was friendly but it felt rushed and she skipped flossing. The Dentist was also friendly but she barely looked at my mouth and told me she wanted to replace a bunch of fillings with the reason being that it would make flossing easier (this is a huge red flag when seeing a new Dentist especially since the last one wasn’t concerned). I have never had a Dentist not feel my jaw or neck when doing an exam so I was very thrown off, especially considering this was a new patient exam. We didn’t see any children’s play area as shown in the photos (it may be tucked away in a corner or separate room but it wasn’t visible from the waiting room or dental chairs), and the dental chair had some rips in it so it felt a little run down. All of this made it an unpleasant experience for both of us.
So, I hate going to the dentist….A combination of the smell, the drilling sound, the atmosphere, and I feel most of the dentists are judgmental. Well, all those feelings are gone after visiting this place! (Well the drilling sound is still here). From start to finish, this place treats you warmly! From the reception (the girls are great!) to the dentists that work on your teeth. Every one is nice, and they take their time to explain things to you so you don’t feel rushed. Also, they provide Netflix for you so you can watch your favorite show while getting your teeth cleaned or getting your cavity filled!
I can’t remember if I’ve given Aquarius a review before but I wanted to make sure I give them the best review possible! They are all so kind and gentle. I get so nervous and anxiety takes over. Both dentists and their assistants are fabulous.

Rita who is an assistant is the most loving individual working there. She always make sure that I am feeling OK throughout the appointment. I’ve had lots of work done and she’s been great every time. Dr. Chung is so gentle with me and I never feel embarrassed that my teeth are so bad. Highly recommend Aquarius dental!!
